“A NoRep is still a Rep, but it doesn’t count”

CrossFit NoRep is all about the reps, the reps that’s being done. The heart does not care if your chin is over the bar, it only cares about pumping the right about of blood into your veins. At CrossFit NoRep we care about the workout that’s being done at your level. We’re not professional athletes and will probably only make it to CrossFit Games as a spectator but we’re really happy about that. We’re CrossFit enthusiasts who care about every rep that is done at our ability but strife for RX.

Introducing: THE HERO CHALLENGE

A benchmark WOD done every 2 weeks

Since the dawn of CrossFit there’s been Benchmark-wod’s. You have the classic girls like Fran, Elisabeth, Karen and the hero wod’s like Murph, JT, DT and others like The Filthy Fifty, King Kong and so on. We figured to would be challenging, for an enthusiast, to take on a benchmark wod every other week and train for the challenge and then execute it.
