We are all Nerds!

In our own domain that is. To start with CrossFit is an experience in it self. You learn how to count with the adrenaline far above your ears and do things you haven’t done in 15-20 years but also you will experience some pain. That’s just temporary. What you will notice further down the track is that statistics is vital for progress and to keep the momentum up.

So in this section, we share things that we experience, use and just plain like. We are not asked to do this but more we think its necessary to inform about things we like, appreciate and can help you progress and break new ground.
