Coach tape! Use the tape before its too late. It will help you sticking to your program. So, what can you do to prevent rips in your hands? First of all you need to tape them. There is several ways to to it but I came across the most time consuming way of doing it but in the end you can reuse them. Check out the video below to see how to tape the hands properly.

What you also need to do is to take care of your hands. Peel them as often as you can with a file or a stone. If you know there is 300 pullups on the schedule, then take a razor and cut the extra skin away. It won’t hurt if its extra.

If you go through with this you will be prepaired for pull-ups, chest to bar, toes to bar and pretty much anything that will rip your hands to pieces.
