I started The Hero Challeng a few weeks ago and thought to begin with Barbara. It’s a WOD with lots of Pull-ups and Push-ups which is good for me. But last year I challenged myself to work on Helen since I had a pretty good time, I thought, around 21min so I gave it a go. I did it in the comfort of my own garden and I was surprised. Came in on 16:50 which is a major improvement.

Next day I got invited to the local CrossFit Malmö to guest-work out. Fantastic! But when I entered the doors, what’s written on the whiteboard. HELEN! And it was not the name of the coach. So I figured that I should try to make better then yesterday. It was tough but how about a time of 12:42!!! An improvement from around 21min, down to 16:50 to end up with 12:42, that is massive. The other thing about it, I did it RX!

To summaries, even though I don’t work out on a regular basic I improved since last year. Especially since I did it RX. Helen is not a growling test as many other bench mark WODs but is defiantly a hand full. The first HeroWOD is in the bag and #HeroChallenge keeps marching on.
