Every day, all over the planet, tons of WOD’s are performed. Boundaries are pushed and new PR’s are set. We constantly overcome what we did last time. You don’t need to be a pro or even that athletic to accomplish extraordinary things. We want to highlight what we do and what you could do. If you don’t succeed with the WOD you wanna do, what can you do to improve to nail it the next time. Or a few month from now.
We want you to think, “what can I do to improve and what did I learn today” rather then “I failed and I suck”.
